In our new Appartmenthouse, our cosy and lovingly furnished appartements await you on approx. 30 sqm, directly opposite our "Storchen" main house on Runzweg 1. Here, too, we have attached great importance to high-quality furnishings on a natural basis and have used natural, untreated materials. The rooms are cooled and heated with geothermal energy, the bathrooms are equipped with wooden washtables, granite washbasins and shower/WC. Comfortable box-spring beds with cuddly toppers throughout, invite you to slumber and let you relax well. Some of our appartements have a balcony with a view to our castle.
Further equipment in all appartements:
A small carefully equipped kitchenette with induction hob, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, cosy dining area, as well as a flat-screen TV with international channels, triple-glazed windows, comfortable armchair (pull-out), wardrobe, hairdryer and Rituals hotel cosmetics.
Our room rates include Wifi throughout the hotel, 1 bottle of mineral water in the room as well as the use of our cosy panorama sauna and our "Werkstatt".
Directly at the hotel we have a park lift, which is suitable for vehicles up to 1,90m height, 4,90m length and 2,6t weight. You can reserve a parking space here for
EUR 10.00 per night, subject to availability. In our Park Lift you park at your own risk. Free public parking is about 3 minutes walk from our house.
From the age of 16, the town of Waldkirch charges a visitor's tax of EUR 2.20 per person per day. For this fee you can get the KONUS card at our hotel, with which you can use the public transport in the whole Black Forest free of charge. Business travellers do not have to pay the visitor's tax.
For ecological reasons, we have deliberately refrained from installing air conditioning and cool our rooms with geothermal energy.
